Nina Buchmann is a Posdoctoral Associate at the Yale Economic Growth Center and the Cowles Foundation for Research in Economics during the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Her primary fields are development economics and behavioral economics. She is particularly interested in studying gender inequality in the household and the labor market. Buchmann will join UC Berkeley's Economics Department in 2026 after a postdoc at Princeton. Buchmann received her PhD in Economics from Stanford University.
