Lisa Ho is a Postdoctoral Associate within the Inclusion Economics research initiative at the Yale Economic Growth Center and Macmillan Center. Lisa graduated with a PhD in Economics from MIT in June 2024. She studies development and labor economics, with a focus on female labor force participation, digital work, and the evolution of gender norms.
