Lelan is a senior studying Economics & Mathematics and an undergraduate intern at Yale Inclusion Economics, where she supports data analytics in the PayDash project. She was previously a Tobin RA at EGC working on gender and labor market outcomes for Cambridge graduates post-Industrial Revolution. She is interested in governments' differential choices in and implementation for development policy.
