Dave Cowell is the Administrative Director for the Department of Economics at Yale. Formerly, he was an Associate Director of Finance and Operations with the Yale Economic Growth Center and Yale Inclusion Economics, where he worked with faculty, students, and research affiliates to support effective management of grants, finances, and research operations. Dave has also worked as a Grants Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Marquette University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Psychology from Boston University.
