Akshatha Giridhar is a Predoctoral Fellow at Yale's Economic Growth Center, where she works with Professor Rohini Pande and Dr. Maria Kogelnik on research at the intersection of gender, development and experimental economics.
She recently graduated from Cornell University with a master’s in Applied Economics and Management, prior to which she completed her bachelor’s degree in International Social and Public Policy and Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research interests are in applied microeconomics research, with a particular focus on development, poverty and social mobility, and gender.
