Ananya is a Predoctoral Fellow at Yale’s Economic Growth Center, where she works with Professor Rohini Pande within the Yale Inclusion Economics Initiative on development economics and gender research, and with Dr. Maria Kogelnik on the Gender & Growth Gaps project, focusing on experimental and behavioral economics.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics with a minor in South Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests include international development, market design and evaluation, and applied microeconomics.
