Hema Balarama

Hemawathy Balarama is a Tobin Center / Economics Pre-Doctoral Fellow working with Professor Rohini Pande at the Yale Economic Growth Centre (EGC). She will be working on projects under the Inclusion Economics initiative at EGC. Hema is currently involved in the Gates Mobile Access project in Chhattisgarh. She holds an MA in Economics from the University of Toronto and a BCom (Hons) in Econometrics and Economics from Monash University.
