Research Data Support Analyst 

The Economic Growth Center (EGC) and the Data Intensive Social Science Center (DISSC) at Yale seek a data support analyst to be part of an integrated team sharing expertise and learning from each other to support cutting-edge research. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable data enthusiast interested in exploring new interdisciplinary data resources and working to learn and implement new data architectures and systems including cloud and high-performance computing environments. The ideal candidate also has experience developing or delivering research services in an academic setting, has an understanding of the social science research process, and has skills and experience in the use of various tools for information access, management, analysis, and presentation.

Inclusion Economics Research Manager

Inclusion Economics at Yale University, a policy-engaged research initiative based out of the Economic Growth Center  (EGC) and the MacMillan Center, is seeking a Research Manager to lead the management of a research portfolio covering topics in gender, climate, and governance, largely focused on South Asia. This position offers the qualified candidate an opportunity to support development economics research by working closely with EGC Director Professor Rohini Pande and other leading researchers across Yale and multiple collaborating universities. Research Associate - Inclusion Economics Nepal at Governance Lab 

Inclusion Economics at Yale University (YIE), a collaboration between the MacMillan Center and the Economic Growth Center (EGC), seeks a Research Associate to support research projects exploring Nepal's democracy along three connected dimensions: political inclusion, community-based development programs and sustainable economic development. Specific research activities will include large-scale field and phone surveys to understand overall progress on the three dimensions and variation in progress across municipalities, the analysis of administrative and secondary datasets, and collaborations with Nepalese counterparts to design evaluations of specific programs to build more practical evidence on what works, what does not and why, in this new context. The job will be based out of Kathmandu, along with frequent travel to other parts of Nepal.
